This coaching group will help you position your skills by focusing in on three key skills:

 Session 1 - Envision Your Ideal Role (Monday, March 16, 2 - 3 PM EST)

• What are your true values and key motivators?

• What is your ideal career vision?

• What are your realistic and your “stretch” career opportunities?

Session 2 - Maximize Your Network (Monday, March 23, 2 - 3 PM EST)

• How deep is your social network and support system?

• Who are the key players in your network?

• How can you leverage your network to position yourself strategically?

Session 3: Promote Your Brand (Monday, March 30, 2 - 3 PM EST)

• What is your “WOW! Factor”?

• Can your create your brand in 140-characters or less?

• How will you promote your brand?
